Hi! I’m Angela Megasko.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit us at our blog site. One of the things I want you to know about me and the Market Viewpoint organization is that we are passionate about customer service. It is the one thing that, when done well in an organization, can solidify a vendor/client relationship for life. It is my personal belief that when a company values its customers, they feel respected and important. When this happens, life-long relationships are established.

After many years of fine-tuning my marketing skills in corporate America jobs, I decided to venture out on my own. Being the daughter of an entrepreneur, it was only natural for me to be interested in starting my own company. In 1996, I established Market Viewpoint, a market research firm specializing in mystery shopping. My life has never been more exciting, fulfilling, or the same, ever since.  I always wanted to make a difference in peoples’ lives and the work that we do in this field easily allows for that to happen.

What I like the most about the work that we do is that each day is exciting and challenging as we partner with our client organizations to find solutions to their customer retention problems. Our work is constantly changing in order to meet our clients’ needs and I am always amazed at the creative and unique applications we discover for the research and mystery shopping process.

Providing good service is addictive. It gives you the feeling that you have done something worthwhile for another human being and there is no better feeling than that. I challenge you to think creatively about ways in which you can better serve your customers and follow along with us to discover the value and power of service.
