Veering from the paperwork and dong things in different ways scares some organizations who want to be sure they are hiring and firing according to state and federal laws and  procedures. I suggest working with your human resource team to set up a procedures for &quot;test driving&quot; employees. It can be done. If a company is small and operates with a formal HR team, their leagl counsel can be of assistance along with experienced human resource consulting firms who are happy to work on projects such as this.</description>
